Catalyst for Change

We finished the all-day seminar and feel totally inspired. Finally, a structured plan to foster our children’s independence and well-being! Who knew I’ve been going about this mom thing all wrong? I’ve been doing it all and giving myself kudos for being so good at taking care of everything. The quintessential supermom.

It turns out that my real job is to slowly, steadily make myself … dispensable.
